Founded in 2002 by Company Director Tony Jones, Water Features By Design is a family-owned company synonymous with quality, innovation and exceptional customer service.
We have completed over 1000 commercial and residential projects, designed and construction of 37 major water parks throughout WA, VIC, NT, QLD and NSW.

Water Parks
Water Features by Design (WFBD) is a recognised leader in the design and construction of water playgrounds and splash pads and the only WA-owned and operated company that designs, manufactures and constructs its water park projects from start to finish.
Unlike other offerings on the market, WFBD water playground components are locally manufactured here in Australia to the highest standards, which helps make us highly competitive in price and extremely flexible in our ability to individually design and create each playground to specific client needs and Health Department regulations.
We’ve worked extensively throughout WA, VIC, NT and NSW under some of the harshest climatic and geographic conditions possible with major water park projects completed on time and on budget across the country.
Over the past 15 years WFBD has installed 37 major parks throughout regional WA and the eastern states including Cue, Yalgoo, Onslow, Carnarvon, Sandstone, Menzies, Collie, Northam, and the prestigious Cable Beach Club, Broome along with projects in Forbes NSW, Bright VIC and the innovative water playground at Cockburn Central on behalf of Landcorp WA. Our award-winning water park project in Exmouth incorporates a giant showering whale tail, misting prehistoric cave, spouting dolphins, turtles and a stunning boat feature.
WFBD has also completed splash parks in Ali Currung and Elliot in the heart of the Northern Terrirtory and four innovative, custom-designed Nature Splash Parks in Kerang VIC, Northern Beaches Sydney and a state-of-the art nature-based splash pad in the City of Kwinana, WA. Other projects include a lake-side splashpad in Talangatta NSW, a custom-designed water park complete with toddler pool in Hinchinbrook QLD and a re-vamped water park in Richmnod QLD complete with a giant dinosaur dumper. Our latest project is in Wickham WA with a showering boat feature, water slide, spouting starfish and jetty.
Most recently we have completed water parks in Deniliquin NSW, Mt Beauty in Vic and the stunning one-of-a-kind aeronautical themed water playground in Tocumwal, NSW along with a vineyard-themed water-slide playground in Mudgee NSW, a nature splash park in Barooga NSW and a vibrant pool-side splash park in Merrigum Victoria.
Water Features
Water Features by Design specialises in the design and construction of all types of internal and external water features, including water walls, ponds and spillways. We service residential and commercial clients, and offer a range of water feature supplies for sale direct to the public including water blades, troughs, pumps and lights.
